To cancel or change your rental car reservation, you will need to take a look at the confirmation you received after purchase. In the confirmation email, there will be a contact phone number and a Trip Number for the reservation. If you are not able to find the phone number, you can forward the email to us, and we can take a look.
Important note: we do not have access to your rental car reservation to make changes or to cancel it. You will need to call the number provided in the confirmation email for further assistance. The cancel/change policy will depend on the rental car company.
