When emailing us, please include your name, name of the person on the reservation (if different from your own, email address (if different from the one you are contacting us from) booking details such as flight confirmation number or hotel trip number (if applicable), any relevant screenshots, and some details about how we can assist you. Our team will reply to you within 24 hours.
Regarding booked flights or hotels:
- if you booked a flight with the airline or one of our partners, you will need to speak with them.
- for hotel bookings, email us with your name, the guest's name (if different from your own), email address, and hotel Trip Number.
